Very good breakfast. First day waffles (Strawberry and Plain), scrambled eggs along with the usual continental breakfast and pork bacon (which was labeled as such). Second day same except pork sausage (also labeled). Third day same as above but with turkey sausage. The spinach quiche was prepackaged and delicious. The staff was very friendly. I interacted with several and especially liked the young lady from Boston and the young lady with whom we checked-in with. I never asked for names but excellent employees, an asset to Towne Place Suites.

Both front desk employees, the one working Sunday evening and the one working Monday morning were amazing!! We were treated as if we were staying at their home. They were kind, respectful, accommodating, professional, very pleasant and not only to us but what we saw, to everyone. They made our stay very enjoyable. They are rare employees.

It was a nice updated hotel. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows weren't, but that is most hotel pillows. Staff was friendly

Great customer service checking in and out, clean room, very comfy, quiet, and FOUR coffees in my room. 😉

Overall my experience was great. The staff was nice, friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean. However. The bed was hard. The location of the hotel was great, near stores, restaurants and close to the freeway.
